Yuyao Tongda Transportation Electric Factory is a versatile factory engaged in the high-pressure aluminum alloy casting, zinc die casting,Plastic parts processing, machining, assembly, mold design, development and manufacturing. We are located in Yuyao Lianghui Development Zone, Ningbo City, 50 kilometers away from Ningbo Beilun Port and 200 kilometers away from Shanghai Port. We cover an area of 2,000 square meters, consisting of the marketing department, mold making department, production workshop, processing workshop, assembly workshop, quality management department, warehouse, etc. Productivity: There are die casting machines (125T, 180T, 300T, 400T, 630T) and zinc alloy die-casting machines in our factory, equipped with automatic and semi-automatic subsequent processing equipment, such as CNC lathes, presses, grinding machines, polishing machines, baking machines, drilling machines, etc. We cooperate with a number of subsequent processing enterprises including painting plants and electroplating factories. Process: 1) Products produced by die-casting machines (with supervision of professional technicians in order to reduce the defect rate); 2) The first product quality inspection; 3) Re-entering the processing plant (with supervision of product quality in the process) 4) The second quality inspection; 5) Moving on to the next one process (If involving subcontractors, we must check the products into and out of our factory to guarantee good quality); 6) A final quality inspection after completing the whole machining process; 7) Packaging. R&D Force: Our mold manufacturing department consists of mold design and mold manufacturing workshops. Our design team will design a production three-dimensional map and mold three-dimensional map according to customers' information such as drawings or samples. Drawings and three-dimensional drawings will be sent into a mold manufacturing workshop after several projections and validations. Factory History: Our factory was established in 1987. At first we mainly produced railway signal system products, and then developed hydraulic electronic circuit breakers, and succeed in 2001. We have gained more than a dozen countries' technology patents. For a small-scale private enterprise, it is absolutely an unbelievable glory. However in 2003, our factory was in the brink of bankruptcy because of market and financial reasons. Our manager determined to switch to the aluminum die casting industry. From 2003 to 2012, for 10 years, we have worked hard to do our best to satisfy customers, finally out of the predicament. Our products are exported to the United States and European countries.
